- A Participant may defer their entry to the next available edition of the same Event on one occasion only. - Where a deferral is approved and the Entry Fee applicable to the future edition differs from that paid, any shortfall shall be payable by the Participant at the time the deferral is confirmed. No refund of any surplus shall be made.
1.6 Transfer of Entries
- Entries are non-transferable without the prior written consent of Animis Racing Team. Any request for transfer must be submitted to and is subject to Animis Racing Team’s approval at its sole discretion.

- A Participant who is unable to attend the rescheduled date may, subject to the conditions and deadline set out in clause 1.5, elect to defer their entry once to the next available edition of the same Event, or may request a transfer of their entry with the prior written consent of Animis Racing Team in accordance with clause 1.6. No cash refund shall be payable in either circumstance, save where required by applicable law.
- If the Force Majeure Event continues for a period of more than 30 days and Animis Racing Team determines that the Event cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable period, Animis Racing Team shall notify Participants accordingly and the entry obligations of both parties shall be discharged, subject to clause 1.4.1.
1.11 Medical Declaration
- Each Participant must complete a medical self-declaration at the point of entry via RiderHQ, confirming that they are not aware of any medical condition that would render participation in the Event unsafe.
