Swim Coaching
Dive into our Swim Coaching program. Our swim lessons accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced, and suitable for all abilities. Each level has differernt goals and progressions. The pool is located at Axholme North Leisure Centre, Crowle: Wharf Rd, Crowle, Scunthorpe DN17 4HU, United Kingdom
- Coached swimming sessions at Crowle Pool on Thursdays
- Individual coaching rather than lane coaching
- Intermediate/Advanced: Work on technique, stamina, and speed
- Beginning swim lessons: Work on confidence in the water, breathing, rhythm, timing, strength, speed.
- Transition training
- Advice on training plans and triathlon
