David, a triathlete from Cambodia, shares his journey into triathlon and how it has followed him around the world. He began swimming at age 11, motivated by his mother and finding a social network within the swimming club. A friend, Lynn, introduced him to Triathlonology and the Animis triathlon holidays. David’s early morning runs around the ancient temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia became a time of connection and warmth with the podcast.
