- Run: 5 kilometers
Super Sprint: This is an even shorter and faster-paced option, perfect for first-timers or experienced athletes looking for a quick burst.
- Swim: 200 meters
- Bike: 10 kilometers
- Run: 2.5 kilometers
Relay: Super Sprint Distance. This fantastic team event lets you share the triathlon experience with friends or family. You can divide the triathlon disciplines (swim, bike, run) in any way that works best for your team. Teams of 2-3.
