SwimBikeRun Local Doncaster Duathlon
The duathlon is a family-friendly, fun run/bike event around the Doncaster Cycle Track. There are 2 distances – for adults a 2km run followed by a bike of 5km and 1km run to finish.
We also have a longer event for adults of 3km run 10km bike and 2km run
For children it is 1km run; 2km bike and 500m run
All you need is a roadworthy bike and a HELMET.

Classic sprint, aqua-bike sprint, super sprint, and relay. Fast, friendly, and flat course.
Relay teams are 2-3 members
All racers receive a medal at the finish.
Sprint: This is a great option for beginners or those looking for a challenge. Here’s a typical breakdown:
- Swim: 400 meters
- Bike: 20 kilometers
- Run: 5 kilometers
Super Sprint: This is an even shorter and faster-paced option, perfect for first-timers or experienced athletes looking for a quick burst.
- Swim: 200 meters
- Bike: 10 kilometers
- Run: 2.5 kilometers
Relay: Super Sprint Distance. This fantastic team event lets you share the triathlon experience with friends or family. You can divide the triathlon disciplines (swim, bike, run) in any way that works best for your team. Teams of 2-3.
- Swim: 200 meters
- Bike: 10 kilometers
- Run: 2.5 kilometers
Aquabike: Sprint Distance. This category is designed for those who prefer swimming and cycling; it eliminates the running portion.
- Swim: 400 meters
- Bike: 20 kilometers
